Zhixin Hybrid Office Building by P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S

A core of outside connection with a triple height of the building structure constant light. The core is the concept of structuring the project, the preferred forum for social interaction and the most important space within the building. The dramatic effects of light falling from the roof allows visitors to move up and explore.

The building is organized in three stacked layers [3 levels] coinciding with the 3 main program areas: work, life and leisure. The logistics area is on several levels (see drawings). These three layers are joined by a vertical core, organized around a light that goes from ground to roof. Due to its high quality performance and space, becomes the most important element of the project. We hope this area has become a kind of courtyard, very active socially, in which users at different levels interact.

The first level contains all the programs of the recreation area of the building, related to the private garden and terraces in the back overlooking the golf course. The circulation spine connects from the lobby to the garden through construction. The second level contains the workspace [office] including meeting rooms, screening rooms and a large area for conferences, large meetings, receptions and conferences, which can be subdivided into small rooms.

The third level is the living area of the building. The body of bedrooms and guest rooms are arranged around a private terrace overlooking the site, and the large reception hall with space for dining and living room and a bar are organized around a terrace facing the most public golf course.
