The new office tower is the last building Zaisa transportation hub in Irun. Built on an underground parking structure existing eight-storey tower is divided into two volumes, one elliptical, which forms the base, and another floor, which houses offices for rent and the address of the transport in the two upper floors, connected by a double height space. On the top floor are two landscaped terraces accessible from the meeting rooms.

Downstairs, a structure in a “w” marks the entrances and reconciles the bottom of the parking structure an optimal structure for office use in the tower. The building is closed with a double glass facade, in which different layers can achieve considerable energy savings while providing greater transparency from the inside. The facade is complete with single glazing openings for strengthening the sense of transparency from the inside and that is one of the defining features of the building.
