The porosity of the facade is designed to produce conditions necessary for these activities. The density of the facade modeled with various internal functions, form a key element of the project.
The openings of the facade as a frame of view. The aperture size and orientation varies widely. The whole facade is made of six ways, reflecting twelve types of identical components, so the construction process is highly efficient. This means that the building was constructed in less than seven months.
