YJP Administration Center is a temporary building in Tianjin Binhai CBD. Its porches are organized around the building to allow visual access to the CBD area within the building. This allows occupants to see the buildings surrounding the site.

The size of the openings in the facade is directly related to the lighting requirements for particular activities within different areas of the building. The porosity of the facade is designed to produce conditions necessary for these activities. The density of the facade modeled with various internal functions, form a key element of the project.
