Housing is located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The plot was chosen with the client and other close by having a gentle slope facing south, which facilitates good lighting, natural ventilation by prevailing winds, and favored the privacy of view regarding public road access.

The house, despite having large glass panels has no room visible from the nearest public road, so permanently owners enjoy direct views of the surrounding countryside with absolute privacy. As a housing designed for winter use should ensure precise guidance did match the times of maximum insolation in terms of daily activities.

The client is said that between November and March, the sun would come up to the breakfast area, reading reached the seats in the south, would affect the shower first thing in the morning and heat up the floor of the playroom after the children breakfast.
