The building shares the aesthetic of the street through planes that separate the public from the private, between the street and the house, a small garden.

In opposite corners of the volume, are large terraces and a large area with the most important spaces. The rigor of the line is combined with circular shapes that create openings that come with the house along the facade at the main entrance. Access is clearly marked on the white facade and a transparent cover with a gentle slope across the lawn, from where you are and enter the door.

Once inside the volume, there is a drastic change. The simplicity, austerity, volume introverted exterior, interior space precludes a fluid, continuous and strong visual connections between all spaces. Visual connections between spaces that surround the exterior of the volume, together with the different areas of the two patios enhance the feeling of interior volume.

The development of mid-level interior spaces and through the glass surfaces, it creates the feeling of more space, increasing the volume within the outer capsule. The white surfaces are in close connection between the interior and exterior. The wall surfaces are joined by the broad expanses of glass windows, skylights and balconies. The robust volume is intersected by light filtered through the two skylights, with an interior space flooded by it.
