Höllviken, south of Malmö, is originally a summer resort. A young couple decides to build his home here. Summer houses are of a modern and have the particularity of being able to adapt flexibly to the life of every family.
The most economical housing solution, considering the regulatory plan of the area is a fairly traditional model used in southern Sweden. Abolishing the eaves, the traditional gable roof, joins the rest of the book, giving it a contemporary look. To achieve the effect was necessary to work each of the edges with steel plates. On the other hand, emphasizes the unity of the volume using the same dark wood, both for the roof to the walls. The aim was to generate a single prismatic form. Each window is placed so as to frame the landscape. The result from the interior is as interesting as it takes place from the outside.
