Villa Kiani by Makan Rahmanian and Kamran Heirati
Villa-Kiani is located in the region Mohammad Shahr (near the city of Karaj). The project site is a garden of 4000 square meters and is surrounded by gardens. The total building area is about 500 square meters, of which 150 square meters has been allocated for outdoor and semi-covered.
In this project, open spaces are as important as the interior. It seeks to eliminate the distance between the exterior and interior. The interior spaces are designed to become the extension of the landscape.
The landscape enters the building in different ways. The ideas of emptiness and volumetric projections (next to the front and back of volume). The main spaces are arranged between the transparent layers extended by empty or semi-covered balconies.
