The doorway, garage, lavatories and storage rooms are situated in the north east side. The family room, dining area, sleeping rooms and also the balconies are situated in the south side. A spacious garden around the sunny side is produced by moving the home whenever possible towards the north side from the plot. The family room includes a glass façade with large sliding doorways.

On the floor floor, its northern border corner continues to be saved to be able to produce a covered entrance and parking space. Also situated on the floor floor would be the family room, dining area and kitchen. The very first floor has 4 sleeping rooms, 2 lavatories, space for storage along with a terrace. A spiral staircase inside a spacious vide connects the various flooring.

The home includes a dynamic volume by its balconies and cantilevering parts having a different character on every side. The plinth and top floor are carried out with whitened plaster. The ceiling beneath the cantilevering very beginning plus some parts between your home windows is completed with oiled western red-colored cedar plank.
