The project defines its identity through the creation of simple volumes and the contrast between them. Large windows contrast with the dark coating on the ground floor, lava stone and white walls of the second level make this stand out and appear suspended.
The ground floor windows open onto the garden opposed to the second floor, which consists of sliding walls with overhangs and vertical profiles of aluminum, which act as sunscreens and at the same time you give an identity to the house.
It is accessed via a stone paved road through the front garden, where a steel produces a dramatic change and introduces an element which projects outside the main facade.
The dark wall that accompanies the access is cut in the corner, which produces a window into the living room. The opposite side is a window with sliding doors that open onto the garden and interact with the outside world through absolute transparency. The back of the ground floor is solid stone wall alternating with white plaster walls perforated.
Above, the pace becomes more dense, consisting of solar blinds dematerialize the volume of the first floor. The functions are distributed smoothly and incorporated a glass patio in the large living room that illuminates the space from above.
