Located in an industrial site near the historic city renowned Dutch Leiden University, emerges one of the largest private urban development area, we refer to the collective houses in the Netherlands. Is a series of eleven townhouses, designed by the architects of Rotterdam: pasel.künzel architects, doing an excellent job.
V36K08/09 pa front is a terrace which is based on a large parking garage. The residence consists of two separate homes for a mother and child, among them there are two hidden patios. The dark coating on its facade, has a subtle arrangement of the construction unions, giving the appearance quiet and a very good result of their terminations.
Mirandola from the outside, the house seems very compact and closed – a fortress into the urban fabric. Only by entering the property through the large heavy wooden door, the feeling is to enter a completely different world – an oasis of tranquility, a living space that is generous and open, where the interior and exterior fit together.
