The architectural part of the functional program has met with the dynamics of university life, seeking to create meeting spaces, relaxation, interaction, and activities outside the hours spent in classrooms and laboratories. It deals with the project from the corner of Avenida Grau with Medrano Silva Jr., giving the possibility of releasing something the congestion that could result in hours of high incidence of school if it were the income from any other point.

The project builds on the slope, to generate four basement levels, and building on these the building, which rests, by a grid of columns, released on a large square roof where it grows most outreach to the community such as the Auditorium, conference rooms and libraries, as well as dining halls, which additionally generate an attraction to be two formal individuals within the architectural and completely transparent, the showcase will be presented as any group social for college.

The classroom and laboratory building itself is developed from 12 meters above the square, and are grouped based on the functions performed, such as laboratories, classrooms, integrating with the Office of Faculty and Administrative Offices through a series of air spaces that allow student-teacher interaction outside the classroom.

The project is developed in 3 stages, as requested, forming 3 separate buildings structural and constructive self-sufficient in three modules constructive and functional aspects in time, but one building from architectural point of view. These three stages are planned including the Main Square, the base of the building, integrated through unifying a large bridge that connects the functions given in the Mezzanine of the square, which are developed, as mentioned above, extension functions as well as personal use of the university community, such as libraries, auditoriums, conference rooms, dining in addition to the aforementioned.
