Under Construction: Jesolo Lido Resort – vacation homes / Richard Meier & Partners Architects

Jesolo Lido project is a major landmark on the beach, with the clear intention that its customers enjoy all the comforts and exclusivity that the resort offers.

The project was completed in three stages.

Step 1. La Villa Jesolo Lido, is an apartment complex completed in 2007. The residential villa consists of two parts: a long stretch of buildings containing 23 apartments for sale on the first floor (ground level), compared to a square serves as the “core” of the intervention, and the houses are located along both sides of a swimming pool and park.

Step 2. It is based on a complex waterfront, which has 10 floors and is currently under construction. His term is scheduled in 2011.

The buildings have 69 apartments and have five two-story units (penthouse) with private terraces and pools. The project has been designed as a lightweight building with stairs and terraces shaded at all elevations, with spacious views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. On the ground floor, a spa and outdoor swimming pools in a private garden are the perfect complement to an exclusive environment.

Step 3. consists of a hotel with rooms and facilities for the welfare of people with access to the pools on the ground floor and a direct connection to the beach. This phase is currently under design and development.
