Twister by Sergey Butenko Makhno and Vasiliy

This restaurant can described as modern European cuisine and offers molecular. The main objective for the design to create a natural, modern and comfortable and two main areas: a section of double-height restaurant and a bar area. The design of the dining area inspired by two natural phenomena such as tornadoes and rain. For this, the space has six tornado-shaped balconies, creating a dynamic upper, with 5 cells dining. The walls, covered with strips of wood, create a contrast with the soft, smooth surface of the balconies. Sky lamps mimic raindrops falling from the sky, completing the natural atmosphere and ensuring comfort. The spaces that generated relaxing by the use of natural tones that extend throughout the restaurant: beige, ocher, maroon and brown. The bar are made with wooden sticks stuck together. This wall decor creates a feeling of bird’s nest, creating a warm and welcoming. The design chairs reminiscent of conifers and fruit trees of the forest. The entire space is designed to relax and change the minds of people towards a meditative spirit.
