GSI Tower is a 20-story building for commercial, hotel and offices. The building consists of two vertical bodies that meet at the top by 2 interior rooms with garden bridges in a large frame of the natural landscape.
The building is protected from the sun on your face west by a “front ventilated” alucobond in the form of flakes and indirect light filtered inside between the horizontal slats of its outline.
In the eastern facade, the building skin is designed with a set of silkscreen glass, sandblasted and transparent that take advantage of views of the golf course of Puerto Cancun and the Caribbean Sea. It has two levels of parking built on a slope with vegetation and a large public square that generates a large urban balcony.
