The program that was the office space shared by an information and telecommunications, and multimedia. Located in a refurbished building of the post-war to the outskirts of CBD in Singapore, was long and narrow space with separate levels, offering the possibility of Ephialtes space. Lighting furniture, ceilings and walls were kept as much as possible. The space designed mirrored the spirit of the companies: Flexibility, Technology and Creativity. The office space was organized in 8 clusters sparsely appointed: Chief Banks, Working Long Top, Table Talk, welcome mat, Health & Winery, Point Refueling Platform Corner Bent and Multimedia. Each of these clusters were arranged around an open plan configuration with the exception of Health & Winery to allow multiple overlapping paths of work.

The flexible work environment is kept in mind the possibility of desk work, informal work clusters and semi-private cubicles. Head boxes were an option for more privacy and some jobs require a certain level of retirement. Technology is a crucial aspect of any modern office and the fact of being “connected” to the internet or a source of energy was one of the client’s concerns. The fluctuating size of the workforce also meant flexible work spaces which can be contracted and expanded to meet the demands of the office. The result was the “Long Working Up”, incorporating a clever band with power and data, in order to access points anywhere along the table, expanding the number of workstations 6 to 10 in a few minutes. This unique piece of work, a surface can become part of a larger furniture, becoming chair of reception, storage and pantry space eventually.

Torcida Platform was a large venue that was capitalized in the highest heaven to bring down warehouses. Sight lines, privacy and anthropometry were important aspects for the final geometric configuration of this space. Torcida Platform, therefore, provides the platform for an office party at the Point of Charge and privacy while delivering to an independent operation of the corner Multimedia. The large screen of light was the final touch to this space.

The essence of this “Office Delgada (Thin Office) was the desire to remain anonymous and deliver new and varied work settings and possibilities. This “thin” was translated from the basic organization of space, which opens to a central area for movement, lighting and natural ventilation through the details of the furnishings that highlight the geometric state of being folded or bent suspension .
