This home is located in a new residential district in the ISAL Sentosa with Singapore. The land is not large buildings in the neighborhood are built close to each other.

Therefore, our strategy was to build a solid wall on each side neighbor to provide privacy where possible, and in turn, create a central space lit stairs that lead to a sea breeze through the center of the house. The front and back of the house on the other hand, allowing each floor aterrazan visual or even have access to green areas.
