Occupying a complicated by its triangular shape in the center with businesses around the house made of adobe in the antique district of Miraflores in Lima. The project creates a space for a restaurant , a workshop , kitchen, and offices of one of the best chefs in Peru.
The design concept was based on the creation of two separate spaces that meet the requirements of the program , the context and the relationship between public and private space .
The temperate climate in Peru enabled the project had in the restaurant room in a large dining room ( garden / terrace), defined by a wall of wood in front (facade recycled) , masonry walls, an open kitchen and the bakery roof .
The main space is also defined by a structure of a regular grid of steel , which has an exposed wood volume of concrete is in the room and situated closer to the street are the offices and private chef ‘s kitchen . The interaction between materials project , plans and forms, define space and levels of privacy , as it compromises the street, creating a new green space buffer with its environment and propose a new use for the neighborhood, while at the same time provides a private space for relaxation.
