The 2010 Collection From Objeti
Objeti introduces two new low stools, Drop 20 and Drop 25, which are made from a combination of eco-friendly wood seat and precision machined aluminum legs. The concept for the stools derived from the production of the Soft Tools felt lamps, which uses large wood blocks to hand form their shapes. The stools become a homage to the felting process. The wood seats are composed of unusable wood drops from local woodworkers in the Northeast Ohio area.
Objeti introduces Twiggy, a multi-adjustable wall mounted LED Light inspired by the Prouve Potence Lamp. Twiggy is designed around two ball & socket joints which allows for an extremely versatile wall mounted lamp that can be moved to a multitude of radial positions. The lamp is constructed of anodized aluminum, available in black and red. The lamp can be mounted with cord exposed or hard wired into a wall.
Objeti introduces Soft Tools, a series of hand pressed, naturally dyed, felt pendant lamps. The Soft Tools forms are derived from the cutting tools used in Objeti’s workshop. The series consist of 3 shapes representing tools; chamfer, radius and ball. The lamps use LED bulbs and are available in 2 naturally dyed felt colors; Burgundy and Taupe.
The Hangman’s design is an honest reflection of its functionality. 3 high powered LED strips are placed at multiple angles in each channel to give the largest light spread possible. There are 2 light channels on the Hangman; one vertical and one horizontal above. Both light channels can be controlled individually using a dimmer to customize the lighting experience. Objeti prides itself on the small details (such as the connection of the arm to the base and the small reveal on the back of the arm which houses the wires), and craftsmanship.
Objeti introduces The Aerialist Series, a set of transformable low tables, available in 3 different configurations, which can easily flip to become a cushioned seat, tabletop, or a combination of both. The design of the tables are an honest reflection of their functionality. Objeti believes in the idea that less is more and prides itself on attention to detail and craftsmanship.
