On the border between urban / industrial and small forest where new homes are installed, the average infant school between different contexts and scales. A semi-enclosed patio access is the first space for the meeting and departure children and parents. organic perimeter encourages movement, becomes continuous space and create different rooms interior and exterior from the changing shape of the volume.

The free windows are located at different heights and allow adjust the view and lighting to the scale of children, Thus emphasizing the relationship between indoor and the outdoor patio near the woods. Together with the client and the knowledge of the school’s pedagogical Reggio Emilia, was developed new way to organize the interior. The result is an unusual plan, where instead of an entire floor for each group of children, is generated large interior space where the 6 groups can interact about various activities, playing and learning.

This main space is complemented by a enclosed space for water projects and art as well as small isolated group rooms for rest areas and quieter activities. The front panel, sawn wood 50 x 50 mm, filtered light direct inward, creating hidden windows that highlight the curves of the interior and exterior spaces. The building complies with high standards of solid construction and environment-friendly.
