The final design for the new office of T / H was a creative adaptation to the company and the result of a union between TBWA, a global advertising and Hakuhodo, the second largest advertising agency in Japan. His new work space would be located in a unusual and unique building, a large amusement complex of 8 apartments in Tokyo that had 2 floors available in the school. An area that served as bowling alley was about the fact that it features a longitudinal space free of columns. This otorogaba incredible design opportunities for architects.

Far from trying to deny the original use of space KDa rescued lengthwise and designed space around the office following the tracks of bowling. The skies were double height, with steel beams 2 m high distributed evenly in the ceiling. The lighting and climate control are integrated in the sky between the beams, creating a just plain, white and clean and indirect lighting. The work areas were organized between the joists, with white aisles.

The most characteristic is the project you design project rooms, meeting rooms and offices of the directors found scattered throughout the space. These elements emerge from the wooden floor and small volumes mossy green. Shelters are alsoccesible from the top allowing casual and informal spaces. The main entrance is on the sixth floorActing as reception, gallery and meeting space for visitors. A grand staircase descends to a central park that runs through the center of the building. This sector has stepped seats and a large screen for presentations.

The Space is flexible, And is also used for customer events such as receptions, fashion shows or product launches. Although the office spaces of T / H are consistent with the conventional requirements of an office, such as privacy, in general it is a social space. The use of trees, outdoor furniture and materials and shapes that allude to nature give the space a friendly atmosphere. The design involves employees and visitors in a spontaneous interaction in a relaxed and welcoming.
