This building is built on a plateau in the center of the city of Oita. Corresponds to a reconstruction due to an expansion of office, mixed-use environment, with residential, commercial and educational. The previous office was built on a rectangular field, with all the issues resolved in the manner of a wooden house of one floor. On the field, only the east facade facing the street with high traffic. Based on the extension of the office, the architects ensured to maximize the amount of parking in its proposal. As a result, starting from the parking facility, the pillars were naturally used.
These boxes of 2 floors with different sizes should be prepared on these pillars. As necessary, the office should have an open organization to maintain a staff of 15 to 20 people working in an easy to control and communicate. In addition, the entire building is designed as reception room, chat room and administration room.
On the west side stands the office, warehouse and the chat room, while in the east has compounds that can be opened to some degree on the streets. In addition, the east and west sides are connected to a gallery for the outside view of the office can be blocked, ensuring a minimum of solar penetration.
The box on the west side is larger than the east side, allowing you to adjust the outside view from inside and creates changes in the lines with sterile prospects. The facade design emphasizes the square box type.
