This complex of two buildings and 35 residential units became part of the overall restructuring of the postwar project area in Groningen. The need to maintain the overall appearance and atmosphere demanded a cautious approach to design. The complex is designed for rented social housing. In the compact structure of three floors with a traditional layout – common area with kitchen on the ground, a bedroom on the second and third floors. On the second floor of the two tiers of windows arranged a spacious terrace. Structurally, the draft decision in precast concrete structures with brick walls.
