The building is located in an exclusive and quiet of Belgrade (Dedinje), known as the most picturesque village green, where villas are recently built before the war. Smetanine Street is a residential and commercial building with 14 apartments, a small apartment and an office. All departments and the Office of the ground floor have access to a large garden.

Smetanine Street is surrounded by gardens and consists of three distinct spaces. In the central volume is an entrance hall with a reception and all communications vertical. In the lower PLATANA this volume, there is an architecture of 134 m2 and a small apartment of 46 m2. There are also two identical apartments on the first and second floors of 265 m2 each. The other two volumes are identical and are connected to the central volume, each with six apartments of 150 m2. The parking area is in the basement, along with the wineries and the gym.

The building is designed so as to connect the interior and exterior, which is why the department openings ranging from the floor to the sky. In most of the living room has sliding windows, which when opened allow a connection to the outside green. Public communications are glass walls that provide a view of the courtyard.

All the windows that do not have terraces are equipped with aluminum shutters and the terraces are connected vertically with screens of the same material. They give rhythm, dynamics and plasticity of the facade and the building provides privacy. This is the reason that the building blend well with its surroundings despite its size.

The natural landscape is put a special emphasis, new plants and planted trees, installed a system of artificial irrigation and low vegetation joined the gardens. Auto lanterns were scattered on the ground.
