In this project the architect was commissioned to design homes for a couple of brothers in a single batch of 2.400 m ². Each house would have 950 mt ² and share in some areas without sacrificing the privacy and independence that required each household. Built in a privileged lot, houses can be assessed from different angles and from these great views are utilized to be seen from indoors.
Characteristic of contemporary architecture and cutting-edge, a diaphanous combination of volumes gives the place a composition that meets the program being developed at three levels: one level underground and two upper levels to help maintain the residential scale.
In the underground level are closed garages, guest rooms and a study in each of the residences. In the lower levels are the social areas of each dwelling and garages open. The second floor has been reserved for the living area. The gym, pool and jacuzzi and a large party room are among the common areas shared by both houses.
In Tingo and Fenny, managing the scale, volumes and textures combine to achieve a highly contemporary architectural object. The management of materials, these are marble, granite, brick, stone, wood and metal, and makes them lining volume of the work pieces architectonic players. The game volumetric, textures and colors, in combination with landscaping work make this piece an exquisite work of art.
