Silvertree, Ecological Residential Tower – Studio RHE

Silvertree Tower, designed by Studio RHEIs a residential building – green 24-story building on the waterfront Royal London’s DockIn England. The project has recently been approved and construction will begin in a few months.

Mixed-use building includes 161 high quality apartments (two to three rooms), shops, offices and a cafeteria.

The tower uses solar panels that are embedded in the aluminum curved bands on both sides of the facade. The solar heat captured will provide electricity and heating to the building, in combination with geothermal and biomass, achieving generate heat and thermal insulation.
