Show Office I is a mulch-company building that combines showroom and office space in independent units. Each unit has an individual entrance via the atrium. The atrium roof is supported by four steel columns that fan out at the top into a vaulted ceiling.
The facade is finished in brick and is terminated by a projecting cornice whose geometry continues the shape of the atrium vault. The building has a heliport on the roof.
