We are on Sentosa Island, opposite Singapore, where a client has entrusted Australian architect Guz Wilkinson the realization of a splendid villa of over seven hundred square meters overlooking the sea.
The result? An open project, and the sight of nature, with two levels of joint and large windows wide open on the beach and on the wider horizon of the ocean. The living room and master bedroom, located both on the first floor, enjoy the view and the best climate, given the flow of the sea breeze, while the secondary rooms, a media room and wine cellar are located on the ground floor.
Very high attention to environmental sustainability: on the roof, photovoltaic panels are integrated to the lawn, combining energy, bio climatic and aesthetic of the architectural solution, which also favored the use of natural materials such as stone and local wood.
