The scheme “L” embraces the main garden on one side , which contains an Encino more than three hundred years, being the reason the customer chose this field.
Axis Concept : Conceptual development is based on a vertical communication game created by a double height volume , and the horizontality of the program provided by the customer needs . From this double-height space extend two wings that embrace the garden, and the oak , and are the views of the Sierra Madre.
Axis Rector: The topography of the site and the views and orientations organized home through the scheme in “L ” around a large oak tree 300 years.
Structural Design : The walls are chargers and organized , together with orthogonal columns as in the direction of the axis of the house. slabs flown to extend their circulation and terraces , integrating top locks for greater lightness.
