This retirement home located on the heights of Riedisheim (a suburb of Mulhouse), in a residential neighborhood. The amount of geophysical and regulatory constraints restricted so that it difficult to build on the ground, its elongated shape, its slope greater than 10% and regulations too restrictive land occupation, were incompatible with the size and requirements the project. These conditions led us to develop the whole project within a single building adapted to the shape and regulations of the site. The building is on the east-west, and its height, up to four blocks, away from each other, following the natural slope. The roofs are visible from the main access road, located at the top of the plot, planted with vegetation to absorb the impact of construction in the neighborhood.
