Residential building in Montesilvano by Studio Zero85

The design of this residential building is part of the evidence of a type of residential settlement pattern. The idea behind the project is seeking a development distribution that people can return to the higher degree of privacy allowed in a residential unit. The building has been physically divided into three different units, where you can find the value of “living in an isolated house.” The units – separated from each other and no common walls – are recomposed by making them accessible in a single architecture, a sort of architectural structure, articulate and with a strategic location. The states are, in fact, always different and the quality of the building to the composition of full and empty, where you can see the strong differentiation of the common areas, open to the outside through windows, arches, balconies and windows ; and private areas, bedrooms, much more intimate.
