Raye Street House by Ryan Rhodes Designs

On the top of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle – Washington, Cousins Ryan Rhodes (Designer/Principal – Ryan Rhodes Designs) and Jason Rhodes (Attorney/Principal – JMR Law Group) designed a modern residence. Design concept of this house is urban home works to bring a contemporary style of living together with hints of traditional Queen Anne aesthetics. There is two basic simple forms of this house, they are a rectangle and a box. They try to use the advantage of the slooping area to make garden and create a foot-friendly access to the house. This house lots of the glass, because that we can enjoy a natural topography and fabulous views.
