The program is divided into two types of spaces, one working in a more open and private, attached to first. This scheme is carried throughout the project. The expansion of temporary jobs, according to the time of year, is absorbed by the open area. This plant is composed easily, without circulation spaces. Access is by the south side between two of the emerging banks.

Three distinct areas, one area of ??administration, other fieldwork and another public, reception, meeting rooms and toilets. Also joined in the building a small house for a guard, each zone can operate independently of the rest.
