Prefab House Design by pradoarquitectos
The project was commissioned by the Murphy family. The location of the land enabled the project address a very special way because of the slope overlooking the river Bío-Bío raised the idea of generating two volumes which are interrelated.
Social volume level with a floor covering that houses the public areas of the house (living, dining and terraces), and a volume of two-level home and family spaces generated by a large overhang outside space access to housing.
This game allowed direct volumetric views of the landscape, creating spaces that project outward and inserted harmoniously into its context.
