Both projects started in 2006, with 9 offices in the competition according to the unanimous decision of the jury.

During the competition phase, the photos in the client’s offices, airplanes, boats and cars, expressed the feeling I wanted to convey in the building. We derive here the guiding idea of ??a black panther crouching, ready to jump, which provides a metaphor that describes in detail both sides of the building and was followed to the finish: create a look that was powerful and elegant. The detail of the plans for the project, and program implementation started immediately thereafter.

The construction of this project began 32 million euros in the summer of 2007, was completed in May 2010.
