The office building is located on a hill on which people can see perfectly the facade of the building. This office is designed primarily as a sales office in a residential complex next to it. Subsequently, the building will host the manufacturer. The building has 2182 m2 closed area, has 3 floors which are on two floors, basement and ground floor. The first floor is ready for sales, administration and exhibition space.
The building has a first printing of residential units in the complex, bone, has a lenguae own. The building’s architecture is designed as a prismatic mass to be a gap with the help of projections that look out onto the south facade west.
The south facade is placed in front of a glass surface as secondary façade. Geometric wood panels reinforce the perception of the construction of the main road and the strong relationship between “full and empty” presents us with a comfortable office and given a pleasant atmosphere by controlling sunlight and sound.
The space is between the wood panels and glass facade, become terraces that provide natural air. The north facade, side facing the residential complex, more transparent is designed to be easier to see the construction site for visitors.
By combining a strong geometric materials, natural stone, glass and wood, creating a general character of the building, these characteristics are reflected in the landscape design.
