The cultural center is conceived as an archive file, its path becomes a haptic experience and multi-sensory. The project not only adds to the original new ways to reinterpret the acquis, but provides resources for sustainability.

Museums, galleries, gardens and collections have been re-designed as an expanded file to both attract and train new public to activate their urban environment. That purpose is achieved through three key parameters: the project architectural, landscape architecture and museology.
