Munich L’illa Diagonal by Dear design
Dear design is a team of design and architecture. It was created in 2005 by Ignasi Llaurado and Eric Dufourd. The company’s goal is to create contemporary designs that provide the user functionality and pleasure, conceiving of creativity as a whole to eliminate the barriers between art and technology. Offers solutions for global projects, companies, and individuals.
Founded by the family Berneda, 1939, the sports shoe store called Munich, acquires its fame during the 70′s and remains in Barcelona, one of the most prominent.
The design for the store made by Dear design, has dark glass surfaces, mirrors, metal trees and cage-shaped boxes hanging from the ceiling (of the shoes have “escaped”). Each element is placed with an air of casual, experimental and almost temporary.
The angular space and even disorganized, with its hard edges and moving parts that appear. Munich marks a difference from the typical commercial interior design.
