Modern Small Prefab House by HIVE Modular

B-Line Small is one of modern modulars home models with flat-pitched roof design, it was designed by HIVE Modulars. It cost $185/sq ft to build, with 990 square feet home with 6 rooms. Cladding of this home is done in fiber cemen, with rainwater collection system installed and all appliances were chose energy efficient. The interior using environmentally-friendly products, including concrete counter tops, no-VOC interior paint, FSC-certified framing wood and locally-sourced flooring. This is modern house which hasn’t anything unnecessary, is easy to build and use green technologies.
