The Å – husen is under construction , just missing the endings . The set of 13 units is located on an artificial island in the middle of Green, near a ferry terminal and sea Kattegat .

In a double-height space with skylights , skylights provide lighting throughout the house, the stairs connecting to the home ‘s first floor. Depending on the types of housing , there are alternatives such as balconies overlooking the town square and the river, but always so that there is privacy between each balcony.

On the first floor there is a large dining room and bedroom, and several homes have the option of having a cellar or closet in the room . There is plenty of room on the walls , and there is the opportunity to install multiple devices.
