Modern House Design by Sebastian Real

The commission consisted of a family home for a couple with 2 children and the work is on 2 floors. The work environment rescues the horizontal face flanked by mountains to the north and perpendicular to the central valley, this is configured from a horizontal parallelepiped and two volumes in height give rise to the private spaces of the work.

Access is through an open courtyard, contained within the main volume, then into the work that is developed from an east west axis, from admission to common use spaces and ends on the staircase that leads to spaces for private use.
