A site 5.8mx 29.7 m, two users, a “May Flower” on the front and a guava tree in the background, are presented as the essential determinants of this design, which aims to fuse internal and external. A container recessed in the rear of the field catches the guava tree and becomes the protagonist of the space, emphasizing its presence by a double height spaces and organize around it. Also allows the patio feel alive to be passed instead of just being contemplated.
In the front, the May Flower marks the beginning of the trail from the parking lot, emphasizing access through this concrete bridge that leads to a carpet of travertine, which integrates itself into the enclosure, giving the feeling of working on a terrace, and modifying the formality of everyday life. A column of movement ending in a pergola, emphasizes travel and connecting the two trees.
The structure of precast slabs, block walls, strings and elements that are covered daily, the stress is showing in a natural way, giving the visitor a clear and honest reading of the tectonics of the building.
