The building volume resulting from the manifestation of the desire to integrate with the steep topography that characterizes the field where it settles . Because of this, the house is attached to the ground, with the aim of defeating its marked pending.

This three-story building , provides a distinctive distribution program , which is organized vertically. On the second floor , located at street level , we found the entrance and garage. Descending , we passed the first floor which houses the private spaces , reaching the ground level where there are social spaces and their direct contact with the ground.

Although we work with a three -story building , one of the architectural objectives of the project is to establish connections between the building and its surroundings , including indoor and outdoor spaces . All apartments provide the existence of courts that can be closed or open to the landscape , creating different possibilities for living spaces , using light and natural scenery that changes with the seasons . Thus, the target volume becomes dense , with large apertures and different materials , some contrasting empty .
