Metropol Parasol explores the potential of the Plaza de la Encarnación to become a new modern urban center, its role as a unique urban space within the dense fabric of the medieval city of Seville allows a variety of recreational and commercial activities.
Through an impressive wooden structure, gives the city a museum, a marketplace, an elevated plaza, bars and restaurants underneath and inside the umbrellas, and a panoramic terrace on the top of the parasols.
