Mellat Park Cineplex by Fluid Motion Consulting Architects

Cineplex Mellat Park is located in the municipality of Tehran in Iran in March , located in an area of 6000 square meters, has been designed and built at the southeast corner of the park Mellat .

With a total area of 15.400 square meters, this project includes rooms ” 4movie ” , each occupying 300 people and a small theater with 30 seats , along with exhibition areas , a restaurant , coffee shop, book shops and cd , offices and service areas .

As for how long and indefinite the site and the possibility of placing two cinemas in the ground floor and two rooms in the basement , the space that organizes the project has been defined in a way to present an idea of space in line the physical program and project structure , also taking in interaction , the nature of their environment.

Therefore, by connecting corridors along the two rooms , a large square pool ( Eyvan ) was created , the main achievement of this project for the city, and is an ideal place for a variety of events cultural and social .

The main attributes of this project are:

1 – The search for voids in the city to rehabilitate urban spaces.
2 – Direct interaction with the environment of the park and the prospect of mountain in northern Tehran
3 – Integration , Architecture , Structure and Programmer
4 – Creating a dialogue with the city through the creation of urban open spaces ( Eyvan ).
5 – Raising the issue of movement and time through the creation of a flexible structure and variable along the
project, through the use of ramps in general , dynamism , through a change both conceptually and literally.
