The Margoliouth House is designed by architects at DLab. It provided a contemporary redesign for an existing two-storey bungalow in Singapore. This existing house followed a Western model, balance between external and internal spaces. And make the garden a more livable area and give positive affect for the living spaces. DLab conceived the design as a cluster of volumes, its variants volume between inside and outside. Some of them positive solid forms, its oriented in family accommodation and some negative hollow volumes. Its dominance with glass, especially in facades and it accumulate a day light. Between an outer layer of ceramic fretted glass and an inner layer of roller blind. which is released through ventilation slots at roof level. Because that there is circulation fresh air. Put a garden courtyard at the center of the house, making it the main point of all the living spaces.
