Lucke Casa Orozco – Hernández Silva Architects
This project is located in one of the oldest residential neighborhoods Guadalajara, The only outstanding area of ??a city that is predominantly flat and level, this allows the site receives good airflow, and can gain a great view from the second floor of the house on the northwest side of the city. irregular shape of space leads to a closed curve surrounded by the foliage of large trees that are already located on the sidewalk.
The schema is defined by two brackets perspective very obvious, one holds the front and the other covers the garden, their union creates a vacuum that occupies the heart of the house with a myrtle tree in the large courtyard .
The house was designed with high and generous space, no obstacles in sight, and the structure of the house is designed with high beams that limit the gaps, and allow for continuity in view of the route to the final.
Touring the house, the gardens that accompany visitors weave all the way, the first is a large greenhouse, high, generous and transparent around a long garden with lush vegetation that rises to 30 feet tall to create a cool with a quiet atmosphere.
In order to achieve a powerful formal concept, the use of the materials are nearly equal in all areas, timber extends from the floor to the walls and doors, ceramic floor inside with a perfect finish that covers all the surface, the volumes are highlighted with large, well-defined spaces, in particular, the fireplace rough-faced concrete gives strength to the great hall open and one concrete wall hanging as a wall separating but that fuses space a all.

Trellis was designed especially for the west side of the second level, which allows the input horizontal rays of the sun and a great view at the same time.
