Los Osos House by Agustín Landa Ruiloba

The house is built on the highest part of a hill. A fan-shaped field that is emerging. The first part of the land is flat and then steep it, where is located the house facing south with view of the Sierra Madre. Accessed via a ramp that goes down half a level upon entering this vertical movement and an outdoor patio with a triple height glass of water.

In the floor is the social area (living room, kitchen and services) in the Upstairs this is the family area (master bedroom, living room and garage). A mid-level lagged volume are the three bedrooms one each floor. In Roof that street-level garden reaches the end of the house by the roof of the garages and bedrooms all this plant garden terrace and serves as a social area where the pool and a playroom.

The materials are floor and walls of local stone, wood, glass and steel. The house plays an important role in the place, each room has its own personality, the stone walls are out, and flown from the terraces by a game shadows on each space that is oriented to a different view.
