The roadside restaurants are a rare species in the increasingly prestigious world of restoration. Places where it overlaps the nature of appropriate infrastructure for the stream of commerce, informational and social development of the road network, with the mythical scenarios road movies and literature. In recent years, structures have evolved to become vendors of services for large-format events that have involved more than just a change of scale. The project took on the challenge to change this trend and think about building a structure to administer a constant turnover in the presence of a heterogeneous and mixed-use expectations. A flexible space capable of becoming the scene of almost any type of activity. Ie converting a roadside restaurant in a versatile infrastructure for events and meals.
