Candida is a gated community built on the edge of the road between the City of Buenos Aires to the Atlantic coast resorts. The property is arranged axially with respect to an artificial lake whose western end is a semicircular piece of land that defines the area of action.
Faced with these conditions, the project involves two simultaneous actions: expansion of the lake and the construction of a single flag in the interior. Two actions that attempt to reverse the inertia of each element to blend into the appearance of a specific experience to this new scenario.
In addition to the programs that make up the building, gym, bar and spa, the clubhouse has an integrationist who wants to dissolve the boundaries of their sites and invites each individual to increase their linkages where it seemed impossible.
