The futuristic concept of the building, with its play through the heavy and light on the composition of the mix, gives the initial idea of a spaceship landing on the rocky surface of a planet. In the context of their environment, the building intended to be a focal point or reference point for the area, in the long rocky beach.

The top of the building is unique, merging the facade of the building with its roof. The irregular roof exemplifies the innovative thinking of exploration through the architect’s design and the careful attention and consideration they gave to it.

The whole building looks like an atoll in the middle of the boulders of the breakwater from the shore. The rooms inside the building are also designed so that its functions are aligned with the forms that have been established. The play of colors in the interior plays an important role with new nuances in the building.
